Our Safety Culture
Blue Line Drilling believes that the health, safety, and well being of all employees should and will always come before anything. Blue Line Drilling works around the clock 365 days per year to instill an environment where employees will NEVER be pressured to hastily perform a task without being fully prepared to perform the task.
Four Key Components
There are four key components to Blue Line Drilling’s safety culture:
- Environment – Employee safety and well being will never be jeopardized for profit, pace, efficiency, or speed.
- Training – Blue Line attempts to fully prepare and train employees in the subjects listed below.
- Open Door Policy – Any Blue Line employee may, at any time and at any level, bring any issue(s) to the management of the company.
- Incident Investigation – If there is a rare circumstance of an incident of any kind, Blue Line will thoroughly explore all details of the incident to ensure that it will not happen again.
